To provide strategic oversight by guiding the Institute’s vision and strategic direction and ensuring that all HORN programs are aligned with its mission and remain relevant to emerging priorities

To uphold governance and compliance by safeguarding institutional integrity, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, and promoting transparent, accountable, and effective governance structures

Financial Stewardship
To ensure financial stewardship by supporting resource mobilization efforts, approving budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring prudent management of the Institute’s funds and endowments

Partnerships & Advocacy
To strengthen partnerships and advocacy by cultivating strategic partnerships, expanding networks, and enhancing the Institute’s visibility and influence in relevant policy and research spaces
