Jeremy Oronje

Research Assistant

Jeremy Oronje is a researcher and policy practitioner in international relations with an interest in armed conflict, geopolitics, and governance across the Horn of Africa and the Great Lakes region. His work on conflict and geopolitics includes several research publications and conference presentations, with notable contributions on the conflicts in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Sudan.

In the area of governance, his work focuses particularly on the intersection of youth and governance. He has facilitated policy discussions, authored research publications, participated in roundtables and conferences across East Africa on issues related to youth participation in governance, and regional stability.
