The HORN Bulletin is a bi-monthly publication by the Institute. It contains thematic articles mainly on issues affecting the Horn of Africa region. It focuses on defence and security; terrorism, violent extremism, and radicalization; governance, statecraft, and conflict management; transnational crimes and strategic threats; and diplomacy and foreign relations.
