Experts and advisors from the HORN Institute Academy provide trainings to a variety of organizations and institutions in the region and Africa. Regional Senior Mission Leaders Course prepares future mission leaders for leadership roles and responsibilities in peacekeeping missions. An International Peace Support Training Centre (IPSTC) annual program, the HORN Academy injects much-needed expertise, equipping participants with better skills in planning, management and conduct of peace support operations in United Nations and African Union missions. This course draws participants from all over the world, who thereafter, are deployed as Force Commanders, Police Commissioners and Head of Civilian Component in any peacekeeping missions.
