On January 30, 2020, select HORN Institute researchers and fellows will convene at the Institute to deliberate on “Why Facts and Think Tanks Matter”, an annual event hosted by Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program, University of Pennsylvania. The Institute anticipates to be ranked in the 2020 round of listing.
